All the frame parts are gathered for fabrication.
The jig is set up to match the customer's design

Internal cable routing is done with stainless steel tubing.

The frame is tacked in the jig then methodically welded to maintain alignment.

The frame is finished with paint or powder coat.

When the frame returns from the painter components it is assembled and safety checked.
