The main tubes are mitered by hand. |
|
|
|
|
|
The seat stays and chain stays are machine mitered. |
|
|
|
|
|
Braze-ons are jigged and brazed. |
|
|
|
|
|
Internal cable routing is done with stainless steel tubing. |
|
|
|
|
|
The frame is tacked in the jig then methodically welded to maintain alignment. |
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The frame is finished with paint or powder coat. Paint pictures from Keith Anderson Cycles. |
|
|
|
|
|
When the frame returns from the painter components it is assembled and safety checked. Then a happy new owner rolls away on their sweet new ride. |
