FRAME ORDERS
The base price for a Penguin frame of your very own is $1275. This includes a Chris King headset, seat post clamp, up to two water bottle mounts, one type of brake mount, all necessary cable stops and guides, and a 2 color paint job (base color plus logo color) with clearcoat. Components to build a complete bike are not included in this base frame price. Additional frame options are nearly limitless for customizing your bike. Once we discuss all the frame features and components you want we can provide a detailed quote.

COMPONENTS & ASSEMBLY
With the purchase of a custom frame you can choose to have us build up a complete bike for you. You may spec out all or a some of the components for your custom frame or let Penguin choose their preferred parts. Our preferred components brands and suppliers are listed on theParts page. Assembly, including adjustment as things settle in, is included in the purchase of a complete Penguin bicycle. Penguin Cycles is happy to offer hand-built wheels to our customers. The build is $75 per pair plus parts. Pre-built wheels may also be selected. Please call or email for a price quote for your complete bike. Parts are only sold packaged with a custom frame.

BIKE ORDER PROCESS
If you are interested in a custom frame send us an email at info @ penguincycles.com or give us a call at 802-484-5015 with:

• Your Name and Address
• Your Contact info (daytime phone, evening phone, and email)
• What type of bike you are interested in (road, cross, mtn, etc.)
• Why you want a custom frame (ie what are you looking for: a better fit, unique features, performance, originality etc)

We will then get back to you shortly to discuss your custom bike and gather the rest of the details for designing your bike (fit measurements, riding style, frame options, components, etc.) Once we have finalized all of the information for your bike we'll provide you with a detailed quote. Before the manufacturing begins a $500 deposit is due (sorry, it is non-refundable). When that is received your bike will be added to the build queue.
