Here are a few pictures of the Penguin workshop with bikes in progress. After the frame is designed (not shown) the frame jig is set up to the customer specs and the tubes are carefully mitered to fit. Then welding and brazing at the welding bench. See Eric's nice handiwork with some brazed internal cable routing? At various points through the welding and fabrication process the frame goes back into the jig for alignment checks and additional braze-on positioning. Finally when a frame returns from the painter finish cutting operations are completed, components are assembled, and the bike is safety checked before going to its happy new owner.
